Just think for a moment!!!

Today as I was coming to office…I met a person who was crippled, I was walking behind him...as I looked at him, I could see him walking with difficulty taking each step with great difficulty trying to move forward so that the people at the back won’t be stuck because of him As I was looking at him…I could see a strong man who is determined in life to achieve his goals…I could see a man not afraid of what others feel about him…I could see a man who was happy in the way he is…I could see a blessed man indeed whom the lord had given courage to face the world with boldness and courage. After I passed by I just took a pause and thought about life…We see so many blind, dumb, deaf, crippled, handicapped people around us, when we look at them we feel sorry…we, for a moment think about what condition they are in…
Friends, now as I was talking to the Lord he made me realize a very true fact of life…

We  who are having  hands to work with, legs to run and walk, eyes to see the beauty of life, ears to listen to good thoughts and music, mouth to speak good words….are we truly living the way we should…are we utilizing our gifts ( our body parts ) properly?

This is what the Lord whispered to me…
We who can see… are we using our eyes to see good things only? We who have ears…are
We using our ears to listen to good thoughts, good music only?
We who are having tongue….are we using our tongue to speak good words only?
We who are having hands…are we using our hands for doing the right and legal things only?
We who have legs….are we using our legs for reaching the right place only?

                                                     THINK!!!!!!

Friends how many times have you been tempted to see bad pics…how many times have you been tempted to listen to vulgar talks…or vulgar music…how many times have you been tempted to speak ill about others...to say at the back of others…how many times have you been tempted to use your hands in signing illegal documents, in handing over illegal docs, in giving or taking bribes…how many times have you been tempted to use your legs in running to places  where wrong practices takes place???? It may be difficult to answer it…RIGHT? Because in some or the other way we have all attempted things which we should not have done
We who have everything, have we ever thought…what, if we didn’t have hands or legs or eyes or ears or tongue…what will we do??? God in his great mercy has given us these precious organs…to use it rightly and faithfully…he is seeing everything you do, don’t take his grace for granted, don’t count his patience as a mere toy, he has and can give you the right punishment for the dirty things that you do….but if he is still forgiving you, then remember he wants you to change your lifestyle.

At such moments I think…
How lucky are those blind people, who never see what is wrong for them.
How lucky are the deaf, they will not hear any vulgar or insecure words or talks.
How lucky are the dumb they will never speak wrong words.
How lucky are the handicapped people they will never run to do any wrong deed.

Friends, be grateful to the Lord for all that he has given you, don’t misuse them, don’t take his love that he has for you for granted, don’t play with God, don’t think that he is blind. With all that you have…live a good life, set an example to the coming generation about how we should live, give your best shot in life BUT never bend to wrong notions or wrong deeds…keep yourself pure from all wrongs thoughts and temptations
God bless you all
Have a blessed day in the Lord Shalom :)
